For the successful management of risks and reduction of the impact on the population that comes into contact with the production activities of the Company enterprises, the key factor is effective interaction with the public. This approach contributes not only to the reduction of possible harmful effects of production but also to the achievement of positive results and benefits for the local population.
The process of interaction between the Company and interested parties has the following goals and principles:
1. Understanding the interests and interaction of all stakeholders.
2. Use of information received from stakeholders to assess the impact and manage negative consequences.
3. A clear and transparent mechanism for considering complaints and appeals to obtain information about the claims of interested parties.
4. Regular publication of reports on environmental and social activities of the company.
